Chad and Taylor came out to service a unit that went out on our groups Airbnb. We’d been in a nearly 90 degree house for hours. They came out quickly, provided excellent service, and we were incredibly knowledgeable. They identified the issue and made the solution clear. Their professionalism and kindness were unmatched. Chad was the best!!! He came and fixed our HVAC problems on short notice during an extremely busy (and hot) time of year. He was professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable about all HVAC units and about Nest Thermostats. Chad and Taylor came to our rescue during our night stay at an Airbnb. We had spent 7 hours with out the AC unit working and it was 88 degrees inside. They came out at 11:30pm at night to help us. Them coming out super late and in the middle of the mountains shows their dedication to their work and their clients. We greatly appreciated them coming out to help during such an awful experience!!!! You guys are amazing, highly highly recommend!!

Just days before Christmas, the busiest time of year, Altered Air Solutions came out and fixed our mini-split within hours. We look for a connection with people we can trust. We immediately felt we were in good hands, and, sure enough-we have heat!!! Not only was the unit fixed, but it was done affordably, and we were given a little education about what happened and how to use our unit. Highly recommend Altered Air! We had a new system installed in our home which is a big job, they worked very hard and every detail was taken care of. Chad is a pleasure to work with and takes great pride in his work and cares about his customers. Definitely 5 Stars!
I called Chad about 2 in the afternoon. Our AC compressor wasn't working. I think he just decided to add us at the end of his day because he made it to our place by 5. Very nice guy. It was a bad capacitor. He had one on his truck and replaced it. He checked out the rest of the system for us and everything else was okay. The price was very reasonable! We will use him again!

Chad came out 30 mins earlier than he planned! Got right to checking my system and found my issue! Checked everything over and got me some good air again! Didn’t try to push a new unit or give me any run around, straight to the point. Highly recommend for your AC needs!
Chad cane to my home the same day i called on this hot July day and fixed my AC problem and reviewed my entire system for future maintenance. My aging system was saved for another season or two. Highly recommend this company. No sales push to replace the old unit!
