If system is zoned, add an additional $25 per zone.

Ductless Systems

Once a year maintenance plans starting at $150.  

If it's a multi zone system add an additional $50 per unit.

Preventative Maintenance

What to expect in your preventative maintenance:​
 

  • Test all safety controls for proper operation

  • Measure operating pressures and temperatures, and compare to manufacturer specifications

  • Test both start and run capacitors

  • Flush and treat condensate drain to protect against overflow

  • Check blower motor for proper function

  • Inspect indoor and outdoor coil

  • Ensure indoor and outdoor units are level

  • Inspect fan blades and wheels

  • Check natural gas or LP gas pressures and adjust if needed

  • Inspect burners

  • Verify proper venting for gas flues

  • Check duct work for damage

  • Measure temp. drop at return and supply air

  • Test thermostat for proper operation

  • Record amp draw on all motors and compressors

  • Inspect condition of compressor contacts

  • Clean or replace air filter

  • Inform customer of equipment condition and provide a printed report​
